HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact
- Please do not move the furniture around
- Please be mindful of our Neighbors; No loud activity after 11pm
- NOTE: You will need to provide your drivers license number along with your email and phone number in order to register as a guest in the community
*Any stays over 29 days will require Tenant Lease Agreements to be signed & utilities placed under Guests stay during accommodation period

PET RULES:
- No Pets on furniture
- No more than 2 Pets allowed
- No leaving Pets alone for extended period of time
- Preapproval required on Pet

LEGAL:
In the event that the Guest fails to make full and timely payment for their stay, the Host shall have the right to recover any unpaid amounts through legal means, including the engagement of legal counsel. If the Host is successful in recovering the outstanding payments, the Guest shall be responsible for reimbursing the Owner for all reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs incurred during the collection process.

TERMS OF SERVICE
-Trash left at the property to incur a $50 transportation fee
- A $100 fee will be applied for any unauthorized late check-outs passed check-out time
- In addition, a full night rate fee will be applied for any unauthorized late check-outs passed 2 hours from check-out time
-Any items damaged, will incur a replacement fee for new and exact item & disposing of existing item along with a 20% surcharge
-Any damage to the property, furnishings, valuables, or belongings caused by guests (or their invitees) to be fully reimbursed at the expense of Guest(s)
-Any income lost if the need to cancel confirmed bookings due to damage caused by a Guest(s) (or their invitees) to be fully reimbursed at the expense of Guest(s)
-Any additional Guest(s) over the requested amount to incur a $150/ night/ Guest(s) charge
-Tesla/ Electric car charging services to incur an additional $50 for up to 3 nights. All additional days to receive $25/ night charge

- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the red compactor. The compactor is located in the Northridge Community Pool Area at 115 Quail Ln, Tannersville, PA 18372. This is an address you can drive to for the pool. The compactor is across the street behind the overflow parking
- Make sure the fireplace fire is completely out
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
